About this Project
This project consists of 28 units on over 30 Acres. These duplexes and stand-alone condo homes were approved through a Public Process requiring working with neighbors and local authorities. This project required a Zone Change with a comprehensive engineering review. Overcoming obstacles of a Zoning change and a neighboring local airport. Sound rated (STC) windows along with added insulation was required to reduce exterior noise. The new private road of 550’ long has all new utilities including sewer, water, gas and underground electric.
