In the historic village of Westerly, just minutes from downtown sits this beautiful three family condo conversion.  This home was demolished down to the studs and rebuilt from scratch.  Outdated fire places and chimneys were removed opening up sprawling floor plans for kitchen, living and dining spaces and all units.  The exterior was meticulously restored and improved with modern touches, private exterior decks and two car parking in the rear of the building for each unit.  The interiors of each unit boast modern amenities such as white shaker cabinetry, stone tops, double vanities in each bathroom, washer and dryer in unit and recessed lighting throughout.  Just minutes from the beautiful coastline of Westerly and Watch Hill, these condo retreats offer the best of downtown and beach access.
