About this Project

In downtown Walpole, this building was the former location of the Bank of America and is slated for urban revival and reuse.  This project consists of a three story overbuild atop the existing commercial space fitted with eight new residential units with amenities and exterior balcony spaces.  The project requires structural modifications and additions and life safety and utility upgrades.  The commercial space is a two level location ready for office, retail or a restaurant use to revitalize the downtown area in Walpole.  This location is just a five minute walk from the Commuter Rail to both Providence and Boston and various downtown amenities including restaurants, fitness centers and shops.
